Facilities first. Homes too.

Heating, cooling and ventilation repair, maintenance and replacement across Albany and the Capital Region.

Facilities

Commercial buildings.

Offices, schools, warehouses, retail, restaurants and older downtown buildings.

Air handlers
Hot-water, steam and chilled-water coils; dampers, freezestats and fans.
Rooftop units
Gas heat and cooling — repaired, maintained and replaced.
Warehouses
Unit heaters, infrared heat and make-up air for docks and open floors.
Controls
Schedules, setpoints and low-limit safeties that behave in winter.
Freeze protection
The fall routine. See freeze points.

Three kinds of visit

Repair, maintenance, replacement.

Repair

No heat, a tripped freezestat, a unit short-cycling. Diagnosed and explained before anything is replaced.

Maintenance

A spring cooling visit and a fall visit with the five winter checks, written up for your records.

Replacement

Planned for spring or early fall where possible, with the crane, the electrical and the permit spelled out.

Homes

For houses.

Colonials, capes and ranches across Albany, Colonie, Guilderland and Bethlehem.

Heat pumps
Cold-climate heat pumps, defrost problems and backup heat.
Air conditioning
Repair and replacement for humid Hudson Valley summers.
Ductless
